Awesome post!!!!!!!!!Most walkie talkies have two jacks on them. The 2.5mm is for the microphone only and the 3.5mm is for the headphones. Radio Shack used to sell a PTT radio interface module that would do the trick. You could plug in a cordless phone type headset that uses a stereo 2.5mm plug into it, and the box had a PTT button to make the walkie talkie transmit and you could use a VOX module that would sense when you were talking and make it transmit then, and the output was a 2.5mm plug and a 3.5mm plug. It's a shame they don't make this anymore as they seem to be really quite hard to find for cheap!Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!!!!
